The North Side has a new advocate for the arts, and she’s hatched a plan that involves heroes, vacant storefronts and direction from North Siders themselves.
She’s Stasya Panova, 23, and she works for the North Side Collaboratory, which is under the umbrella of the Franciscan Collaborative Ministries on North Salina Street. In December, she took on the job of “beautification coordinator.”
