The Syracuse chapter of SCORE, a network of business professionals offering advice to prospective entrepreneurs, is offering workshops on the process of creating a business plan. These workshops will cover a series of topics related to developing a successful business plan including:

• Elements of a business plan
• Business insurance
• Legal considerations of business planning
• Financial controls and accounting
• Marketing
• Bank loans

These topics are subject to change so it is best to ask what the agenda will be when you register. Registration, which covers lunch, is $30 in advance, $35 at the door. The workshops will be held at the Greater Syracuse Chamber of Commerce building, which is located at 572 S. Salina Street, Syracuse, NY 13202. Parking is behind the building---enter from S. Salina, Clinton or Adams Street.
