Syracuse First is encouraging Syracuse area residents to “Think Local” when they are considering where to make purchases, to “Buy Local” whenever possible and to “Be Local” by supporting businesses that make the Syracuse area unique. Please join us for an Opening Reception at Awful Al's on Thursday June 4th from 6 - 8 pm with David Hess, professor in Rensselaer's Department of Science and Technical Studies and Director of Ecological Economics, Values, and Policy.
