The Small Business Development Center at Onondaga Community College is hosting a three-day course beginning July 21 designed to assist prospective small business owners in understanding what ingredients are necessary to become successful. Topics covered include:

• marketing plans;
• advertising;
• bookkeeping;
• legalities;
• business plans; and
• other relevant business topics.

Guest lecturers include an attorney, certified public accountant, insurance agent, banker and payroll specialist.
