SYRACUSE - St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center will host American Red Cross Blood drives on Thursday, July 22, from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Friday, July 23, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Thursday, August 26, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., in conference rooms L-100C and D.
